In the encryption industry, most narratives revolve around “fast money” and “step on the wind” “the next round of rich opportunities”. But what really determines whether a person can stay on a card table for a long time is often not the luck of catching up once, but rather:
If he survives and continues to do the right thing when the cycle is reversed, feedback disappears and assets zero。
This is exactly one thing that Bittou has tested with his own experience over the past decade。

The first true possession of bitcoin: the real world's “entry ceremony”
The entry of Bitou was not a result of grand judgements, but an extremely realistic coincidence。
At the end of 2016, he and his partners failed to start a business and the company was dissolved. In the few operational tailings, a miner client was frozen for bank cards and offered to pay development costs in bitcoin. That was the first time he really used bitcoin to make a deal。
Under the direction of the other party, he registers the account number of the exchange, completes the full value and converts it into RMB. That test, the other one went to over 800 bitcoins。
Of course, these bitcoins were sold almost immediately for payment of wages and liquidation of projects. But this experience made him realize for the first time:
Bitcoin was not a concept, but an asset that already had real capacity to pay。
After many years, he resonates with the phrase "The moment you had the most bitcoin in your life, often at the first time."
From no-one, no-man, no-man
In October 2016, Bit Wu began systematic learning about bitcoin and block chains and continued to export content in Weibo, Public. That was a phase where there was almost no feedback。
Over the course of six months, there was a low reading volume, a slow growth of fans, no advertising and no income. Accumulation is rapidly depleted and real pressure is approaching. He stated that if the situation continued for another six months, he would probably be forced to leave。
THE TURNING POINT OCCURRED IN THE SPRING OF 2017. 1CO WAVES ARE RAPIDLY FERMENTING IN CHINA, AND A LARGE NUMBER OF TRADITIONAL INTERNET USERS ARE BEGINNING TO LOOK FOR “BLOCK CHAIN INTERPRETERS”. THE PREVIOUSLY ACCUMULATED CONTENT WAS REDISCOVERED, AND IN A FEW MONTHS, FANS JUMPED FROM HUNDREDS TO HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS。
But what really changes destiny is more than being seen。
In 2017, the market entered an extremely distorted phase: writing an article asking for unpublished project coins; running the project on the line with dozens of times and hundreds of times; making money without judgement and with participation。
This experience has quickly created a dangerous path-dependent — one that makes him think that he is making cognitive money。
After “94” in 2017, the market retreated sharply. His main position is not in bitcoin and the Ethera, but in highly volatile projects, with assets shrinking rapidly by more than 90 per cent, and subsequent operations causing them to shrink by 97-98 per cent。

During the year, he suffered numerous failures in various projects, including 80 cases of bitcoin fraud, which were well known to the majority. This was followed by a two-year prison experience。
But when remembering this experience, Bitou did not feel suffering and was unjust of fate. He expressed gratitude for the experience, which had led to a great deal of awareness in terms of mindset-building and human understanding. At the same time, he deplored human beings as highly plasticized species。
Slow is fast, little is more: learning how to survive and make money again
After returning to the industry, Bitou set for himself a principle that seemed “anti-intuitive”: slow down. In his view, “low” was not conservatism, but respect for the rhythm; “less” was not a waiver of opportunity, but protection of attention. The methodology is increasingly reflected in his overall choice of investment, information and writing。
In terms of asset allocation, his structure is highly concentrated in Bitcoin and Etherpo, which together account for nearly 80 per cent. In the latter cycle, his main investment was completed in 2022-2023, concentrated in a range of $3-70 million; when Bitcoin broke into $900,000, it stopped pushing。
The reasons for not continuing the silos are also straightforward: if the buying behaviour begins to influence emotional judgement, then it should not be。
In information management, he made an instructive judgement: not too close to the industry or too far away。

FOR THE FIRST TIME, HE WAS CONVINCED THAT WORDS DID NOT NECESSARILY CHANGE EVERYONE, BUT THAT THEY DID CHANGE A PART OF PEOPLE. AND THAT'S WHY HE'S KEEPING UP HIS OUTPUT WITH HIGH FREQUENCY。
