Original title: Claude Opus 4.5 & rsquo;s Breakout Moment & Investing in 2026 with Qiao Wang

Date broadcast: 12 January 2026

Summary of highlights

This weekQiao WangAnd as a guest programme, we talked about how artificial intelligence could be redefined as an investor in 2026. We analyzed in depth the groundbreaking moments of Claude Opus 4.5, why Qiao chose to invest in Google's deal, how to build a portfolio in 2026, how to allocate time in the age of artificial intelligence

Summary of outstanding views

  • Market sentiment is now too optimistic。
  • “ about 40% of my portfolio is cash. ”
  • Encrypted tokens are less attractive, but there is always an opportunity for markets to focus on asset-by-assets analysis rather than on the whole asset class alone。
  • The ratio of stocks to bitcoin holding is about 50-50。
  • The biggest investment was Google, and I also held shares of the communicators, a very good company。
  • ONE AREA THAT IS CURRENTLY OVERLOOKED BY THE MARKET IS AI-DRIVEN BIOTECHNOLOGY, WHICH HAS ENORMOUS POTENTIAL IN THE FIELD OF BIOTECHNOLOGY。
  • By 2026, we might have seen some unicorn start-ups with only one or two people。
  • Some of the most successful AI start-ups are not companies like ChatGPT or OpenAI, but small businesses that use AI。
  • The nature of the company's moat has not changed, but the moat in the software area is indeed rapidly weakening。
  • The code itself is no longer a bottleneck, but the key is to design the right &ldquao; hint &rdquao; Prompt。
  • Gemini's value was underestimated by at least two orders of magnitude. & ldquo; I'll be willing to pay Gemini $200 per month. ”
  • I think Adobe might be Google this year, because its current valuation is very cheap and the market has a somewhat similar view of it as it was of Google at the time。
  • Everyone should learn to write codes and must learn to optimize certain aspects of their lives and work through automated tools。
  • THESE TOOLS WILL MAKE THOSE WHO ARE INHERENTLY EFFICIENT AND CAPABLE MORE EFFICIENT AND INTELLIGENT。
  • In terms of health, the most important factors are three basic factors: diet, sleep and exercise。

Qiao ' s portfolio 2026

Yano:About a month ago, you referred to the current state of the market and expressed some concern, and you mentioned the Internet bubble period. In 1996, for example, it was predicted that the market would reach its peak, but the market continued to rise for three years。

in addition, i see your tweet on the relationship between forward-market margins and returns over the next decade. you made a number of points to the contrary, but finally you said: “ i am still afraid. ”I'm curious. What do you think of the market now

Qiao:

I am afraid because the mood in the market is too optimistic。While I cannot say that everyone is, you can see that there are a lot of people in the social media who are showing off on their investment earnings, especially the market fluctuations of the past week, which are indeed evident. In quantitative terms, market valuations are now near the highest ever. Of course, one would argue that the current valuation is reasonable given that enterprises are more profitable, have a stronger competitive advantage and have stronger economic structures, combined with market-driven monetary easing. In any case, however, we cannot deny that market valuations are at historical heights. Therefore, I am not fully invested in risk assets. In factAbout 40% of my portfolio is in cash。Although I may miss some opportunities if the market continues to rise, at least I can sleep better。

Yano:i listened to drouk and mueller, who mentioned: “in my 50-year investment career, this is the most difficult time for me to predict market dynamics. ”If even Drouk is unpredictable, how can we ordinary investors do that

Qiao:

That's why I'm more..Focus on stock selectionI don't know. If you look at the market as a whole, you do have a very high valuation, but..If you look at individual companies one by one, there are sometimes very attractive investment opportunities。So even if the whole market falls, your fear will decrease. During the Internet bubble in 2000, although the Technology Unit performed poorly over the next decade, small and value units performed well, with an average annual growth rate of 10 per cent. I think..This is the best time for a stock picker。

Yano: What do you think of investing in stocks and encrypted currency now

Qiao:

For now, I think..It's not very attractive to encrypt a tokenBut there's always a chance, like in 2022. There were many opportunities for investment. So now I'm still..Focus on the analysis of assets on a case-by-case basis rather than on the whole asset classI don't know. If taken as a whole, there are few particularly attractive assets, except for the United States dollar. But if you look at assets one by one, you might find some opportunities. As for encrypted currency, I still hold some bitcoin and a small number of coins, but the overall investment rate is small。

Yano:If we try to break your portfolio, 40 percent is cash, the remaining 60 percent is stock and encrypted money? What is the ratio of bitcoin to other encrypted assets

Qiao:

Between stocks and bitcoin, about 50-50. I still hold a lot of bitcoinBut it's not my ideal portfolio, because if I sell bitcoin, I have to pay a very high tax, and the proportion of encrypted currency coins is very low, less than 1%。

Yano:So, what stocks are you holding

Qiao:

My biggest investment is Google, and I also hold the stakes。It is a very good company, and although its business is low-key, its fundamentals are very robust。

Yano:You think it's better than Ali Baba

Qiao:

RIGHT NOW. ALI BABA IS MORE COMPETITIVE IN THE AI AREA, BUT IT IS HIGHLY COMPETITIVE IN RETAIL BUSINESS。I also hold some Amazon stock。I think last year's market sentiment was very bad for the Amazon, because all the technology giants had their share prices up and only the Amazon was weak. Also, I'm very impressed with the way the Amazon works in robotics。My investments are long-term, with a target of 10 years。

Yano:It is true that Amazon is leading in roboticsThey could be the first big company to have more robots than humans。

Qiao:

Over the past five years, the number of human employees in the Amazon has remained stable, but the number of robotics has increased by 20 to 30 per cent. They have significantly increased their profitability over the past few years, despite a modest increase in income。

Yano: What do you think in the field of health, like Eli Lily or some other company

Qiao:

I hold some Eli Lily shares, but this is a short-term deal, not a long-term investment, because I have limited knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry. I don't know what's gonna happen in 10 years, I know I'm still gonna use Amazon in 10 years, but there are too many competitors in the pharmaceutical industry. While Eli Lily has strong patent barriers, there are many cheap and efficient grey market Chinese platinum in the market, and these products compete directly with Eli Lily。

I think..ONE AREA CURRENTLY NEGLECTED BY THE MARKET IS AI-DRIVEN BIOTECHNOLOGYI DON'T KNOW. WE'RE ALL CONCERNED ABOUT ROBOTS, DRONES AND AI CHAT ROBOTS, BUT I THINK..AI HAS GREAT POTENTIAL IN THE FIELD OF BIOTECHNOLOGY。

Yano:I would like to hear your views on the field of automobile and financial technology. Do you own Tesla or Rivian shares

Qiao:

No, Tesla's valuation is too high, Rivian. I don't know。

Yano:What about financial technology? Like Robinwood and Coinbase

Qiao:

From the valuation, I think..Coinbase is more attractive, but neither company is a particularly good investor。I hold Coinbase's shares, and Robinhood's overvalued。

Yano:do you think anyone in the west could have developed a super-appliance like &ldquao; &rdquao

Qiao:

Are you talking about super-appliances like Twitter that bring in messages, payments, socialization? I think there is a similar trend in finance, such as Robinwood. But if it's a super-application that fully covers all aspects of life, as we do, I can't see it yet。

Claude Opus 4.5's breakthrough moment

Yano:I'd like to talk about Claude and Opus 4.5, and I think the best entry point is to mention a &ldquo on Twitter; God, it's over ” There have been several similar moments in the past few years that have made me feel the same:One is the release of ChatGPT, the other is the first model of reasoning, and Tesla's FSD V13. Why do you think Opus 4.5 is a moment of “ Jesus &rdquo

Qiao:

I can't explain what's going on behind it, but I can tell you how I feel as a user. The last time I wrote the code was probably a year ago, but it was three years ago. From 2010 to 2017, before entering the encrypted currency field, I was engaged in quantitative transactions, writing codes every day, from ultra-low C++ to higher Python data science codes. That's my area of work for seven years, and I've written some front-end and back-end codes. But since I left Messari, I haven't written the code carefully, and in recent years I've done only a few personal projects, taking some time at the end of each year。

Opus 4.5, unlike in the past, you used to have a quick combination of a demonstration, but the last 5% was always hard to complete with AI, and still needed a good engineer to handle details, like errors and border situations, and..In Opus 4.5, I just have to tell it in simple English what I want to do, providing a very clear norm, but it can be done once it is clear and comprehensive enough。

Claude and Opus are probably going through the twilight cycle because my engineer friend told me that OpenAI's latest GPT-5 Pro is almost as good as Claude。

Yano:

I've used both of these, but in fact Opus is the first time I've switched from ChatGPT. For me, ChatGPT's memory function makes me so dependent on it that I think I might always use it, because it knows everything about me, but now Opus 4.5 is more powerful for me。

Now there's a new way of working, and I'm not sure whether to classify it as a chat robot, because the line between the two is getting blurred. For example, I've just done one thing with Opus 4.5, and we have an eight-member sales team in Blockworks, and we usually have to decide who each account should be allocated to sell, and prioritize it, like Tier 1, Tier 2. Each salesman will have his or her own judgment, for example, that someone is responsible for 10 Tier 1, 30 Tier 2 and 100 Tier 3. This distribution is often complex. So I'm going to turn this over to Claude and let it consolidate the information. I told it that if the FDV of a token exceeded $1 billion, the account would receive an additional priority; if the equivalent of the token were listed companies, it would be better。

Claude extracted relevant information from several data sources, including CoinGecko and CoinMarketCap, and ranked these accounts. It then analyses the transaction records of each salesman of our team with the Blockworks over the past eight years, learns the type of product we sell and distributes the account to the right person, depending on the likelihood that each salesman will enter into transactions with these accounts。

Qiao:

And I realized during the holidays that you were saying that the line between universal chat robots and traditional writing codes was becoming blurred. When you talk to a universal chat robot, it usually produces a code that you need to write nowYou don't even have to write the code yourself, you just have to express your needs in simple, natural language。This brings together the functions of the code assistant and the general chat robot。

Yano:Exactly. Then why don't you just use Refrit or Lovelace to do your Vibe code work? Why choose Claude

Qiao:

I think they have different target user groups. I haven't tried the latest version of Lovelace, but I feel like Lovelace is better suited to users who want to quickly build a nice demonstration or simple application, and they're doing very well at the front end, although I'm not actually using it. So I started with Cursor with Opus 4.5, and then I tried Claude and Opus 4.5. To be honest, I do not feel a clear difference in productivity enhancement. For me, they're doing the same thing, but it's just my personal experience。

How does artificial intelligence affect start-ups

Yano:You've witnessed the growth of thousands of encrypted start-ups. What is the impact of artificial intelligence on these companies

Qiao:

The impact of artificial intelligence on start-up companies has been significant, and this change has been particularly evident in the past three years。Basically, I'll ask each group, especially the technical partners of each start-up company, how much has your productivity improved since the release of ChatGPT in 2022? Almost every time the answer is higher than last time. This trend is very consistent. The response of a recent panel was that their productivity had increased about three to four times。

I think..This impact is more pronounced in early start-ups, and relatively small in later start-upsBecause one of the limitations of the code assistant lies in its “ context window ” CONTEXT Windows. For example, assuming Claude can handle a million Tokens, that means it can help you start a new project very efficiently and very well. But if you let Claude modify the entire Google code library, that's almost impossible, right? Such tools are thus more useful for early start-ups and relatively limited for large firms。

Among large companies, the most effective use of code assistants is through the establishment of clear intersectoral abstraction layers。THIS ALLOWS COMPLEX TASKS TO BE BROKEN DOWN INTO BLOCKS, NARROWS THE CONTEXT AND ENTERS INTO THE AI SYSTEM, MAKING IT EASIER FOR THE SYSTEM TO UNDERSTAND。

Yano:

but i think using &ldquao; productivity & rdquao; the term is not entirely accurate to describe the effects of artificial intelligence, especially in start-ups at an early stage. if you're a company with 100 people, 200 people or even 1,000 people, three times more and four times more productivity could be a big change. but for start-ups at an early stage, they would not even consider &ldquao; productivity &rdquao; this issue. they think more: why do we have to hire more people? i often see this in start-ups of investing companies and friends。

They'll thinkWITH AI, WE DON'T NEED TO RECRUIT ANY NEW STAFFI don't know. This is really interesting. For example, I recently developed two tools for sales: a sales commission calculator. The sales team often asked me how much they could make. We used to have to go to the finance team to do the calculations, and the finance team thought it was a problem。

Another tool is the dashboard for the sale of data. This tool calculates the cost of the dashboard. We need to find a data team, and we need to think about whether they index data with Dune or Gold Sky. If not, we have to pay extra. Now I've developed a dashboard costing calculator based on all ports。

What's the point of these little tools? They mean we don't have to hire another sales sponsor, so..By 2026, we might have seen some unicorn start-ups with only one or two people。Such start-up companies may have already started, and although they have not yet reached a billion-dollar valuation, they are developing rapidly。

Qiao:

Absolutely. I know a lot of people who now run their own annual income of $10 million in subscriptions, who are often former engineers like Meta and Uber, who get tired of big company red tape and then choose to start their own business。

Yano:

But I found an interesting phenomenon:Some of the most successful AI start-ups are not companies like ChatGPT or OpenAI, but small businesses that use AI。These companies are reluctant to disclose their core business. Usually, if you have a start-up company, business is well developed and income is growing rapidly, you want to tell the world to raise funds or to promote it in social media。

Does Moats still exist

Yano:What do you think of the moat? Do you think the definition of the moat will change

Qiao:

The nature of the moat has not changed, but the moat in the software area is rapidly weakening。There are few moats for early start-ups. Companies like Facebook, Google, Microsoft and Apple, their moats are still strong. AI code assistants can't destroy these moats. For example, Apple's moat is its developer's ecosystem, and Microsoft's moat is the high cost of users switching from PC to other platforms. In the area of cloud services, the moats of AWS, Azure and Google GCP are high costs for clients to switch over cloud platforms. In addition, there are platforms like YouTube that have big data that they can use to develop very powerful video models. And for example, Microsoft's corporate software, these are super-critical tools. Of course, you can copy the Office function, but will the enterprise really switch from Office to other software? For them, these tools are too important and the cost of switching is too high。

But I've recently noted one example that may be one of the biggest underestimations in financial markets today, which isAdobeI don't know. The Photoshop and Adobe creative packages are well known and there is now a perception in the market that the latest video and image generation models will replace Adobe's products. But I think it's totally wrong because..Adobe ' s moat is based on its enterprise-level integration capacity, and many business users using Adobe ' s creative suite store their images and videos on Adobe ' s cloud。For professionals in these creative industries, the cost of switching from Adobe clouds to other services is very high。

Besides, a lot of creative workers have been using Photoshop for years, and the operation has created muscle memory. For them, it is very difficult to switch to other tools. As a result, Adobe ' s current rate of surplus is only 12 times, which is an incredible underestimate for such a high-quality company。

Yano:Suppose you work in a company, like a start-up company that's 500 people and has been running for 10 years。So how should companies respondMany young entrepreneurs may already be familiar with these technologies, but may not be easily adapted to a more mature company. The employee may simply throw things into ChatGPT and send automatic mail。

Qiao:

I DON'T THINK COMPANIES CAN BE FORCED TO ADOPT NEW TECHNOLOGIES, AND YOU HAVE TO LET THEM FIND AN AI-BASED APPLICATION AND SEE WHAT IT CAN DO。By the way, that's what we've been through in the past three years in alliance. We knew three years ago that AI would become an important trend when we proposed to become &ldquao; AI priority &rdquao; an organization, but we did not try to impose AI on every corner of the organization。

On the contrary, we..AUTOMATE SPECIFIC PROCESSES WITH AII DON'T KNOW. FOR EXAMPLE, WE RECEIVE THOUSANDS OF APPLICATIONS EACH YEAR. THREE YEARS AGO, I HAD TO READ ALL THE APPLICATIONS MYSELF, ABOUT 5,000 A YEAR. SUCH WORK IS LABOUR-INTENSIVE AND EXHAUSTING. BUT NOW WE'RE USING AI TO AUTOMATE ABOUT 50 PERCENT OF THE WORK。

Yano:How did you do that? Did you use Opus 4.5? How does this system work? What's the input? What's the output? Why only automate 50%? Why not 99%

Qiao:

Yes, this software was developed by our engineers. I think..Now the code itself is no longer a bottleneck, but the key is to design the right “ hint ” PromptI don't know. I would not say that it is a secret weapon, because everyone actually knows some of the characteristics of the good founders。

I'M JUST TURNING THESE RULES OF EXPERIENCE ABOUT GOOD FOUNDERS OR GOOD STARTERS INTO TIPS FOR SCREENING APPLICATIONS. AT PRESENT, THE MAIN FUNCTION OF THE SYSTEM IS TO EXCLUDE APPLICATIONS THAT ARE MANIFESTLY INELIGIBLE, RATHER THAN TO TELL ME DIRECTLY WHICH OF THE BEST CANDIDATES ARE, BECAUSE I THINK THIS PART STILL REQUIRES THE JUDGEMENT OF THE HUMAN INTERVIEWER. AI HASN'T REACHED THAT LEVEL YET, BUT I'M SURE YOU'LL SEE BY THE END OF THE YEARAI AND AI DRIVEN RISK INVESTORSThe performance in this area will be greater than that of mankind。

Yano:I think the price of these tools is so low right now, like when Uber was just launched, from the New York financial district to the Upper East. At that time, you thought that the price was clearly wrong, but they were attracting users through venture capital subsidies。

How valuable do you think these tools are? How undervalued do you think these tools are now? For example, how much would you pay for Opus 4.5

Qiao:

As for Opus, I'm not sure yet, depending on what I can build with it. But..Take Gemini for example, I think it's undervalued by at least two orders of magnitude。Now I just have to pay $20 to use it in a professional version, and I haven't even upgraded to Pro Plus。

Yano:If Gemini were to charge $2,000 a month, would you be willing to pay

Qiao:

Yes, because it's very powerful。Indeed, as I said on Twitter, it is a research assistant, a junior researcher, a primary code assistant, a rather good medical adviser (who can check the doctor's recommendations) and a rather good legal assistant. Taken together, if you add up these functions, the price of $2,000 is just too much。

Investment in Google decision-making

Yano:How long do you spend every day using Gemini and Claude's applications? What kind of day-to-day activity do you squeeze out these hours? For example, reduced Zoom meeting time or less time spent on social media

Qiao:

I actually analyzed my time allocation six months ago, which prompted me to invest in Google. I checked my iPhone log and found out I usedThe top three applications are Chome, YouTube and GeminiAnd they're all Google products。

Of course, at first I was worried that ChatGPT would pose a threat to Google's search operations, so I talked to my wife. She gave me some inspiration, and she said that she used Google to search most of the scenes and that in the short term ChatGPT could not completely replace it. And then I did some research and found out that actuallyGoogle's search revenue, more than half of which comes from shopping advertisements, makes me think Google's core business is still strong。

In the short term, no one can shake its position. In addition, Google and the technical advantages of GCP (Google Cloud Platform) and TPU, which were key points that I realized later. I think these factors all indicate that Google's moat is very strong. So last year I decided to invest in Google, which was almost the only major investment I made last year。

Yano:Last New Year's Eve, I had dinner with a Google employee, and we talked about this. We're all talking about our usual tools. The Google employee mentioned that a lot of people ignored the fact thatGoogle has huge shopping data, and the market does not seem to be fully aware of this. So, any other similar opportunities

Qiao:

I think Adobe might be Google this year, because its current valuation is very cheap and the market has a somewhat similar view of it as it was of Google at the time。I've never used it myself, but I know it's a lot of use。

Yano:No new user will use Adobe. Like Google, my usual application is YouTube, and I use YouTube very often and also Gemini. But what about Adobe? I don't use it at all, so I don't think the new users will choose Adobe。

Qiao:

But all new users will use Google, and I think it's a common misconception in the market that Adobe is not a consumer-oriented product, but an enterprise-level product。

Yano:Enterprise-level products are right, but my company would never consider using Adobe, and Figma would be more popular。

Qiao:

Figma and Adobe are actually two different markets for services. In response to the market competition for new project demonstrations and website development, Adobe has lost, and Figma has dominated this area. What about Canva

Yano:

The Canva is for low-end markets and is more suitable for amateur users, while Adobe is for high-end business users. So I agree with you that Adobe's growth in new users has indeed stalled for a long time, but it has a very strong pricing power that can keep up the subscription costs。

How to rationalize the allocation of time in 2026

Yano:As users of Google, I would like to talk about investment, but more about the question: in 2026, how should we rationally allocate our time? How do you think artificial intelligence can change the way we allocate time

Qiao:

Well, I think..Everyone should learn to write codes and must learn。Failure to do so could leave them far behind。But the writing code here is not a traditional programming, but an automated tool to optimize certain aspects of your life and workI don't know. I'm sure there's a lot of B2B SaaS software in the future, like Gmail, Zoom, and you're still paying for these common tools. At the same time, however, there are special needs in each person ' s workflow that are very personal and may not be specifically developed by third-party software companies。

Yano:For example, we can develop a commission calculator for ourselves at Blockworks. That's a good example of how no one would develop a dedicated SaaS software to do this。

Qiao:

and when i say &ldquao; everyone should learn to write code &rdquao; it doesn't have to be scary. because technology now makes it impossible for us to really write complex codes. you need only talk in natural languages and systems to automate。

So I would strongly advise you not to use such a complex tool as Claude Opus. I can recommend simpler, easier tools. For example, when I first realized the potential of artificial intelligence, it was through Reprit. And that's when I realized that artificial intelligence is not just a chat robot, it helps you build anything. This technology will revolutionize our world. I highly recommend that you try Reprit, which is really cool。

Yano:How do you think this gap will affect the labour market

Qiao:

I think it's going to be like the InternetThese tools will make those who are inherently efficient and capable of doing so more efficiently and smarter, while those who are inefficient may be falling behind。Artificial intelligence is a powerful tool that can significantly increase efficiency, butUltimately, it depends on how much you want to use it。

INVESTMENTS USING AI MODELS

Yano:in a sense, from the point of view of opposition, do you think it's really worth your time to build warren & middot; the buffett stock tracker

Qiao:

Yes, it did take me a lot of time. While the results were good, more importantly, I gained a deeper understanding of the technologies involved in the construction of the tool。

the tool can be seen as warren & middot; buffet, charlie & middot; mange, howard & middot; max, peter & middot; druk and bill & middot; and digital cloning by investment masters such as miller. it regularly scans thousands of stock codes and conducts in-depth research on each stock in an attempt to simulate the investment logic of buffet and manger。

The code part was really simple, but the design tips took me months to re-engineer. I designed a very detailed set of tips to simulate the thinking process of Buffett and Manger in assessing potential investment opportunities。

The process is divided into six stepsFirst of allTHE SIX KEY INFORMATION THEY MAY BE INTERESTED IN ARE COLLECTED THROUGH IN-DEPTH RESEARCH MODELS, FOLLOWED BY ANOTHER API, WHICH USES REASONING MODELS FOR ANALYSIS. DEEP RESEARCH AND REASONING MODELS ARE TWO SEPARATE LINKS。

In-depth research models are very good at collecting facts and data, while reasoning models, while sometimes generating some erroneous information, perform better in terms of logic. Once accurate data are entered into the reasoning model, its analytical capability is well beyond the depth study model。

Next, I'll be inPhase 2 calls the reasoning model; digital buffet and mangue & rdquo; investment committee to analyse whether it is worth investing in a particular stock. ultimately, it would export a specific proposal, the whole process。

Have you heard of a theory? It was argued that Renaissance Technologies had discovered large language models long before others, but that they had kept the technology confidential, which could explain their return on investment. But I designed the Buffet and Manger models to avoid competition with Renaissance. They are very good at short-term transactions, such as daytime transactions or operations within a week. At this short time scale, the latest AI model is really hard to compete with。

Yano:So are you competing with companies like Susquehanna

Qiao:

Yes, but my model is more of a long-term investment. Few people in the market today have the patience to hold a stock for more than five minutes, which is where language models work。

Yano:so, how do you combine the advice of different investment masters? for example, howard & middot; max's proposal and peter & middot; drouk's proposal may be quite different, and their thinking is quite the opposite of buffett。

Qiao:I'll give them a weighted average and a comprehensive consideration。

Yano: They all suggested Adobe

Qiao:

Yes, it's also interesting that if you run the same hint many times, the model may give different answers each time, so if you run the same question many times and average the results, and each result recommends the purchase of a stock, the credibility of this proposal will be greatly enhanced。

It recommended about 10 shares, four of which were actually in the portfolio of Birkhel & Middot; and Hasawai. Chubb, an insurance company, and Google。

How can artificial intelligence change branding and distribution

Yano:How can artificial intelligence change the way brands and content are distributedLike the Delphi we mentioned earlier, you don't know if you've noticed OpenAI's recently launched Sora tool. Through Sora, you can clone a person and embed it in your video. It reminds me of the changes in marketing and branding. In the near future, branding will become more personalized。

Qiao:

This trend has actually begun. The other day I saw an ad on LinkedIn that said: “ hey, Jason, as a co-founder of Blockworks, I really thought you'd like Ripping. ”

Yano:

Artificial intelligence will make their advertising algorithms more intelligent and advertising very precise. Actually, I searched the Internet the other day for a word — — High Rocks. It's a marathon exercise like CrossFit, and I've been training for High Rocks lately, so I've been searching for High Rocks on App Store, and I've found some fitness applications specifically for High Rocks. But High Rocks is a very small event, and it's logical not to have so many specialized applications。

I thought it was weird, so I wondered if these applications were really designed for High Rocks or if they were just for searching. Idquo; High Rocks” user customised ads. It's trueThese are actually some common fitness and nutrition applications, but they have very precise advertising goalsSo I think..Such customized advertising will become more common in the future。

Health and longevity

Yano:What do you think is the most effective change in health

Qiao:

In the final analysisAnd most importantly, three basic factors: diet, sleep and exerciseI don't know. In 2021, I was very keen to optimise in detail, for example, by trying out health products, saunas, etc. But after four or five years of personal practice, reading and listening to a lot of podcastsNothing is more effective than sleeping for eight hours per day, maintaining a healthy diet and maintaining regular exercise。

Yano:What about your diet and exercise

Qiao:

To be honest, I am no longer over-exposed to the optimization of diet. That puts me under a lot of pressure. I'm just trying to keep my diet healthy and not burden myself too much。

Yano:it reminds me of a neurology meme figure, where the middle guy makes complicated foods every day and takes 17 supplements in the morning. and your attitude is now & ldquo; just eat healthy and don't worry & rdquo。

Qiao:

yes, i found that i would feel a lot of pressure if i tried to optimize everything, like brian & middot; johnson. pressure leads to higher levels of cortisol, which do not benefit longevity。
